We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we want to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. 1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most products purchased directly from hazex.site within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The product is not personalized or customized (e.g., engraved items).
- The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@hazex.site within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Your Return: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days to process the return after we receive the item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout. The refund will exclude any shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process and indicate the details of your desired exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement at no additional charge, provided that the new item is of equal value. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, including those marked as “clearance” or “discounted” at the time of purchase
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@hazex.site. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain the item and any packaging for possible return.
7. International Returns
If you are located outside the United States and wish to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Additionally, international returns may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
